TOUR AND EVENT GENERAL POLICIES


General Terms:
Snobby Tours®, Inc. acts only as an agent for the individual or corporate tour participant with respect to third-party travel or other services and/or talent bookings.   Snobby  
Tours®, Inc. assumes no responsibility nor liability for any partial or entire tour cancellations, delays, delayed or changed departure or arrival times or locations, missed carrier
connections, and/or property loss and/or damage caused by inclement weather, labor strikes, acts of G-d, governmental fiscal/budgetary shutdowns and/or health-
related/medical lockdowns, cessation of transportation and/or failure of public infrastructure, public venue closures at tour destinations, global health-related pandemics and/or
other circumstances beyond the control of  Snobby Tours®, Inc., such as a force majeure, terrorist act(s), declarations of war, medical and/or other governmentally-mandated
quarantines, any other governmental action, and/or criminal activity, any accident, sickness, injury or death to person or property, or any mechanical defect or failure, or any
deliberate reckless or negligent conduct of any nature or kind, howsoever caused, in connection with any lodging accommodations, food provider, transportation or other third-
party services and/or talent bookings in connection with any scheduled tour, or for commercial and/or common carrier equipment beyond  the control of Snobby Tours®, Inc.,
such as air, land or water transportation, or for any additional expenses occasioned thereby. For all purposes in these Travel and Event General Policies, the reasons for any
partial or entire tour cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the control of Snobby Tours®, Inc., including, but not limited to, governmental fiscal/budgetary shutdowns or
health-related/medical lockdowns, cessation of transportation and/or failure of public infrastructure, and/or public venue closures at tour destinations, global health-related
pandemics, a force majeure, terrorist act(s), declarations of war, medical and/or other governmentally-mandated quarantines, any other governmental action, and/or criminal
activity, shall include, but not be limited to, national and/or global public health crises such as COVID-19, SARS, MERS or the like, which have risen to the level of a national
and/or worldwide pandemic jeopardizing health, safety, well-being and lives.   


Cancellation Policies and Procedures:
A Cancellation by a Tour Participant with a confirmed, paid Reservation of all or part of his/her applicable Tour Package Cost, prior to his/her applicable trip departure date,     
of  all or any part of his/her reserved Snobby Tour®, including any monies paid by Snobby Tours®, Inc. to third-party transportation and/or destination tour and service providers
for that Tour Participant, will
not be effective for the purpose of refunds, if possible, subject to applicable third-party contracts and to applicable cancellation penalties, unless  
and until such Cancellation has been received
in writing by Certified Mail in the regional business office of Snobby Tours®, Inc., at 4300 W. Waco Dr., Bldg. B2-#265, Waco,  
TX 76710.  

THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICIES AND CHARGES APPLY TO ALL SIGNED CONTRACTS AND TO ALL CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS.  

REGARDING COVID-19:  WHERE CANCELLATIONS ARE CAUSED BY, OR ARE THE RESULT OF, A GLOBAL HEALTH CRISIS SUCH AS THE COVID-19 WORLDWIDE
PANDEMIC, REFUNDS WHICH MAY BE DUE WHICH ARE NOT COVERED BY A TOUR PARTICIPANT’S TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE POLICY FOR THE
RELEVANT TOUR ARE SUBJECT TO THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OF THE TRAVEL AND DESTINATION END PROVIDERS TO WHOM RESERVATION MONIES
HAVE BEEN PRE-PAID IN ORDER TO SECURE THAT TOUR PARTICIPANT’S RESERVATIONS.

A)  FOR CANCELLATION BY A GROUP TOUR ADMINISTRATOR OF A  CONTRACTED GROUP TOUR (OVERNIGHT /SHORT / EXTENDED TOURS):
1)  For cancellations from the date of execution of the Contract up to 120 days prior to designated date of tour departure or tour event:  Reservation cancellations are subject to
a $500.00 per person administrative fee for the total minimum number of required reservations, i.e., the total “minimum required group booking” designated in the applicable
Contract.        
2)  Later cancellations will be subject to the following charges:  A $500.00 per person administrative fee for the minimum number of required reservations, plus the following:
a)  From 95 through 119 days prior to date of tour departure or tour event:   15% of the minimum required group booking tour fee and/or tour planning fee.
b)  From 70 through   94 days prior to date of tour departure or tour event:   25% of the minimum required group booking tour fee and/or tour planning fee.
c)  From 31 through   69 days prior to date of tour departure or tour event:   45% of the minimum required group booking tour fee and/or tour planning fee.
d)  Cancellation 30 days or less prior to date of tour departure or tour event,  a “no-show”, a failure or refusal to pay for the balance due on a reserved "tour package" when due,
a failure or refusal to participate in any component of a tour package reserved, a failure to comply with the policies and procedures stated herein and/or to provide information
required and/or requested by Snobby Tours®, Inc. for participation in a tour, and/or an early return from the subject tour or tour event, will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the
minimum required group booking tour fee and/or tour planning fee, and may result in additional penalties.

B)  FOR CANCELLATION BY INDIVIDUALS WITH CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS (OVERNIGHT / SHORT / EXTENDED TOURS):  
1)  For cancellations from the date of receipt of Reservation by payment of required Reservation Deposit, at which time Reservations are considered confirmed, up to 120 days
prior to designated date of tour departure or tour event: Reservation cancellations are subject to a  $500.00 per person administrative fee.
2)  Later cancellations will be subject to the following charges:  A  $500.00 per person administrative fee, plus the following:  
a)   From 95 through 119 days prior to date of tour departure or tour event:   15% of the applicable entire individual tour fee and/or tour planning fee.
b)   From 70 through   94 days prior to date of tour departure or tour event:   25% of the applicable entire individual tour fee and/or tour planning fee.
c)   From 31 through   69 days prior to date of tour departure or tour event:   45% of the applicable entire individual tour fee and/or tour planning fee.
d)   From 15 through   30 days prior to date of tour departure or tour event:   75% of the applicable entire individual tour fee and/or tour planning fee.
e)   Cancellation 14 days or less prior to date of tour departure or tour event,  a “no-show”, a failure or refusal to pay for the balance due on a reserved "tour package" when
due, a failure or refusal to participate in any component of a tour package reserved, a failure to comply with the policies and procedures stated herein and/or to provide
information required and/or requested by Snobby Tours®, Inc. for participation in a tour, and/or an early return from the subject tour or tour event, will result in the forfeiture of
100% of the applicable entire individual tour fee and/or tour planning fee, and may result in additional penalties.   

C)  FOR CANCELLATION OF A “LIVING HISTORY TOUR”,  DAY TOUR, OR  EVENT:  Paragraphs A.2.a. thru d. (Groups) or B.2.a thru e. (Individuals) apply.

D)  FOR CANCELLATIONS BY SNOBBY TOURS®, INC.:
If a published tour is either cancelled or rescheduled by Snobby Tours®, Inc., based upon an internal corporate decision necessitated by reasons due to traveling,venue and/or
destination situations and conditions either included or other than the situations and conditions set forth under General Terms herein above stated which are beyond control of
Snobby Tours®, Inc., Snobby Tours®, Inc. will give all tour participants the opportunity to choose one of the following options: 1) an alternative or comparable tour,  2) to take
the subject tour on its rescheduled date, or 3) to accept a refund of reservation monies received for the subject tour to the extent that such monies are not covered by, nor
refundable through, the tour participant’s travel protection insurance for trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance coverage, and/or to the extent that the tour participant’s
reservation monies paid to the various tour providers for the subject tour which are not covered by the tour participant’s travel protection insurance are refundable by the various
travel and destination end  providers in USD currency.  For reservations made for the cancelled tour by persons who are unable to choose one of the above options, reservation
monies received for the subject tour will be refunded to the extent that such monies are not covered by, nor refundable, through the tour participant’s travel protection insurance
for trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance coverage, and/or to the extent that the tour participant’s reservation monies paid to the various travel and destination end
providers for the subject tour which are not covered by the tour participant’s travel protection insurance are refundable by the various travel and destination end providers in
USD currency, If tour participants opt for an alternative or comparable tour, they must book the alternative or comparable tour by the date specified or forfeit all monies paid for
the underlying cancelled tour.

E)  In addition to the foregoing, any applicable airline reservation cancellation fees and administrative fees will also be assessed.  Airfares are subject to applicable airline
cancellation fees, are subject to change without notice, and are not included in the trip cancellation fees set forth herein above.  Refunds or reimbursement for event advance
ticketing are also subject to the cancellation policies and procedures of the specific event provider(s).

Cancellations subsequent to trip departure date of all or any portion of a Snobby Tour®, for any reason, will result in full forfeiture of any and all monies advanced or paid for
tour services, lodging and/or other tour-related reservations, as well as all monies advanced or otherwise paid to third party end-providers, where such payments are non-
refundable under the specific end-provider’s cancellation policies and/or applicable tour contract. To the extent that monies advanced or paid for tour services, lodging and/or
other tour-related reservations, and/or third party end-providers, are non-refundable, Snobby Tours®, Inc. strongly recommends that all tour participants, for their protection,
obtain sufficient and appropriate trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance coverage.  

NOTE:  These Cancellation Policies are strictly enforced.  All requests for the creation, planning, or booking of a Snobby Tour®,  and all reservations for a Snobby
Tour®,  require a signed Contract of Engagement or Confirmed Reservation, whichever is applicable, before Snobby Tours®’ services commence.   Upon signed
Contract or Confirmed Reservation, group tour administrators, group tour participants, and individual tour participants acknowledge and agree that the terms and
conditions contained in the Policies herein and in the applicable tour contract become immediately applicable.  Failure by a tour participant to comply with these
stated Policies and/or with the parameters and/or requirements stated on any applicable gift or award certificate received from Snobby Tours®, Inc.,  and/ or failure
to cooperate fully and timely with required procedures and published deadlines, and/or any conduct which is in arbitrary, capricious or malicious disregard for
these stated Policies and/or for any parameters and/or requirements stated on any applicable gift or award certificate received from Snobby Tours®, Inc., will result
in full forfeiture of any and all monies advanced or paid for tour services, reservation deposits and/or reservations, as well as all monies advanced or otherwise
paid to third party end-providers.  Snobby Tours®  strongly recommends that all tour participants for their protection obtain sufficient and appropriate trip
cancellation/trip interruption insurance.  In the event that pre-tour cancellation is due to an individual’s unforeseen medical emergency, disability or death, Snobby
Tours® will determine if, or to what extent, any uninsured tour fees might be reimbursable without incurring penalty(ies), subject to its receipt of independent
verification of the extenuating circumstances.  


Health Issues:
Any and/or all physical or mental condition(s) that may require special medical attention, (for example, the need for a wheelchair), must be communicated in writing to Snobby
Tours®, Inc. at the time an individual or group tour participant makes his/her/its reservation.
 

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:
 For the health, safety and protection of all of our travelers, all persons making reservations for any of our tours must provide to Snobby Tours®, Inc.,
concurrently with their payment of the applicable Tour Deposit, or the entire applicable individual Tour Fee, or the applicable Group Booking Fee, whichever first occurs, and at
least thirty (30) days prior to the applicable Tour Departure Date, written documentation from a licensed medical and/or health care provider verifying their receipt of the
completed required number of doses of a medically-approved vaccination against COVID-19.  

By payment of the applicable Tour Deposit, or payment of the entire applicable individual Tour Fee, or payment of the applicable Group Booking Fee, whichever first occurs     
and is required  to secure a reservation for the specific tour, together with written documentation from a licensed medical and/or health care provider verifying their having
received the completed required number of doses of a medically-approved vaccination against COVID-19, at least thirty (30) days prior to the applicable Tour Departure Date,
the tour participant certifies that he/she/its group members does/do not have any mental, physical or other condition of disability that would create a hazard for such tour
participant(s) and/or other tour participants on the subject tour, and will be bound by the terms and conditions of all required or necessary medical and other Releases   
applicable thereto.


Unforeseen  Circumstances:
If due to weather, labour strikes, cessation of transportation and/or infrastructure, public services at a destination, commercial flight schedules, or other unforeseen or
uncontrollable factors, tour participants are required to spend any additional night(s), each individual tour participant /group tour  will be responsible for his/her/its  own lodging
expenses, transfers, meal costs and other expenses, if not covered by trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance.  No refund will be made by Snobby Tours®, Inc. for any
unused portion of the subject tour fee due to these types of causes and/or circumstances if not covered by the tour participant’s or group’s travel insurance policy(ies), and/or if
not reimbursable by third-party end providers.  


Other:

ADDITIONAL APPLICABLE CORPORATE POLICIES, INCLUDING COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS REQUIRED FOR ACCEPTANCE OF RESERVATIONS:  The payment of the applicable individual Tour Deposit, or the payment of the entire  
applicable individual Tour Fee, or the payment of the Group Booking Fee for a specified tour group, at least thirty (30) days prior to the applicable Tour Departure Date,
accompanied by written documentation from a licensed medical and/or health care provider verifying the tour participant’s, or all group tour participants in the specified tour   
group’s, receipt of the completed required number of doses of a medically-approved vaccination against COVID-19 indicates acceptance by the individual tour participant,          
or the totality of the specified tour group members, of the terms and conditions stated in these Tour and Event General Policies, which terms and conditions are also  
incorporated in the applicable tour contract.  Reservations are not considered made/completed and subject to confirmation until payment of the applicable Tour Deposit, the  
entire applicable individual Tour Fee, or the applicable Group Booking Fee required for the specific tour, together with written documentation from a licensed medical and/or
health care provider verifying the tour participant’s, or each of the tour participants in the specified tour group’s, receipt of the completed required number of doses of a   
medically-approved vaccination against COVID-19, has been received by Snobby Tours®, Inc. at least thirty (30) days prior to the applicable Tour Departure Date.  NOTE:
Where the subject tour is an extended USA or International Tour, the foregoing must also be accompanied by the fully-completed,  signed Tour Reservation Form where
applicable for our extended USA and International Tours.  

In order to preserve the integrity of each of our custom-created tours and to protect our copyrights relevant thereto from copyright infringement and/or legally-actionable
unlawful or illegal use of any of our custom-created tours by persons and/or business entities seeking to use our custom-created tours for their own purposes without making
reservations with Snobby Tours®, Inc., day-to-day Itineraries are not provided  in response solely to telephonic and/or written inquiries.  Once a Reservation has been made and
confirmed, a detailed day-to day Itinerary for the subject reserved tour will be provided to the Tour Participant, or to the Designated Group Leader, and Snobby Tours®, Inc.’s
Cancellation Policies and Procedures set forth herein become applicable and  will be strictly enforced.  All Tours are non-severable tour packages which consist of several
components which must be reserved, paid for, and taken by, all tour participants as a complete and non-severable package.  All reservations apply to the entire tour package,
even though payment for event ticketing, designated meal(s), lodging where applicable, and/or chartered transportation may occur at different time intervals due to various
contractual and other reasons relevant to the relevant destination, event, and other tour providers.
 

TOURING PROCEDURES RELEVANT TO INSURANCE AND COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:  1)  For insurance reasons, tour participants may not separate out, nor take any
tour component of the entire tour package separately, from the rest of the tour group on the applicable subject  Tour;  and 2)  For insurance reasons, tour
participants may not invite nor include persons located in either a different departure city, or at any tour destination on the Itinerary of the subject Tour, who,  
within 30-days prior to the Tour Departure Date of the subject Tour,  a) have not reserved and paid in full for all or the part of the applicable Tour Package in which
they wish to be included; and/or b) who have not been cleared by Snobby Tours®, Inc. pursuant to the COVID-19 Protocols set forth herein required for travel with
Snobby Tours®, Inc., to join in any designated tour group activity, dining or tour-related event included in the relevant Tour Package for the entire tour group, at
any destination on the Itinerary of the subject Tour, or to join the subject Tour itself while any aspect of the subject Tour/component included in the Itinerary of the
subject Tour is being conducted.  
 Additionally, all tour participants throughout and during the subject Tour, including all designated pre-Tour Departure group
activities, must comply with the then-current, applicable Federal, State and/or Local health and safety mandates relevant to COVID-19, including but not limited to,
face covers/masks, social distancing, and the like.  Where Snobby Tours®, Inc.’s COVID-19 protocols, policies and procedures implemented for the health, safety
and protection of our tour participants are more strict and/or more stringent than the then-existing Federal, State and/or Local health and safety mandates relevant
to COVID-19, Snobby Tours®, Inc.’s protocols, policies and procedures will control and compliance by each and every tour participant will be required.   NOTE:  
Failure of/by any tour participant on any of our Tours to comply with the COVID-19 provisions set forth in the within Paragraph, as well as elsewhere within these
Tour and Event General Policies, will result in the tour participant's immediate removal from the subject Tour, and his/her forfeiture of all sums paid by that tour
participant for the subject Tour.


COVID-19 PROTOCOLS REGARDING SUBSTITUTIONS OF TOUR PARTICIPANTS PRIOR TO TOUR DEPARTURE DATE:   For the health, safety and protection of all of
our tour participants, and also for insurance purposes, NO SUBSTITUTIONS for any tour participant previously cleared and accepted by Snobby Tours®, Inc. for travel on a
specified tour will be allowed within 30-days of the relevant Tour Departure Date, and Snobby Tours®, Inc.’s Tour and Event Cancellation Policies and Procedures will apply.

Failure to provide any required and necessary information on the applicable Tour Reservation Form may result in Snobby Tours®, Inc.’s declining to accept or retain the person
as a tour participant on the subject Tour and on any future Tours of Snobby Tours®, Inc.  Deadlines for special promotions and/or special pricing offers, and for receipt of paid
reservations for each published Itinerary, are firm, and are based upon the contractual requirements of the destination venues and transportation providers.  Consequently, there
is up to a fifty per cent (50%) surcharge applied to all Late Reservations made after the published Reservation Closure Date, due to the additional time and labour involved, and
the changes in the existing tour arrangements, necessitated thereby.  Persons contacting Snobby Tours®, Inc. after the published Reservation Closure Date of any of our Tours,
are prohibited from avoiding payment of the additional Late Reservation surcharge by their seeking to use a cancelled reservation belonging to any person who secured and   
paid for his/her reservation prior to the subject Tour’s published Reservation Closure Date.  Late Reservations are also always subject to availability, and when any of our Tours
involve tour event venues and/or chartered transportation requiring pre-event contractual payment commitments, group size specifications, and/or pre-event deposit deadlines,  
Late Reservation accommodations may not be available at all or either with or near the other tour participants on the subject Tour.  A "Wait List" based upon a "first come, first
serve" basis may be created ONLY IF "capacity" under all relevant Tour Contracts for the subject Tour is full, based upon  Paid Reservations received prior to the published
Reservation Closure Date.  Placement on a Wait List requires either payment of the relevant Tour Deposit or the full Tour Package Fee, whichever is applicable at the time of the
request for placement on the Wait List. If the individual placed on the Wait List cannot be included on the subject Tour due to full capacity, reservation monies will be refunded;
otherwise the terms and conditions of our published Tour and Event Cancellation Policies and Procedures set forth  herein above apply.  Paid Reservations not postmarked or
received by Snobby Tours®, Inc. before or by the published deadline for a special promotion, a special pricing offer,  or a published Reservation Closure Date will not qualify for
the special promotion and/or special pricing offer, and will be considered a Late Reservation.  After the published Reservation Closure Date for the relevant Tour, Late
Reservation penalties as published will apply to all paid Reservations postmarked and/or received by Snobby Tours®, Inc.after the published Reservation Closure Date for each
and all of our tours.

Snobby Tours®, Inc. reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour participant on a Snobby Tour®  at any time, if such action is either warranted or
deemed to be in the best interest of the rest of the participants on the subject Tour.  For all purposes herein, the term “tour participant” and/or “tour participants” shall include and
apply, but not be limited to, employees (managerial and non-managerial), independent contractors including hired Drivers, seasonal workers, temporary workers, part-time and
full-time student interns working for academic credits instead of wages, and the like, who may be accompanying, working on, and/or participating in, any of our Tours.  All tour
participants are, at all times while on a Tour, subject to, and must comply with, the terms and conditions of the within Tour and Event General Policies, or be subject to applicable
penalties, including but not limited to, termination of further participation and/or services, and forfeiture of monies previously paid for the subject Tour and/or monies which may
otherwise have been due for services rendered in connection with the subject Tour.

Snobby Tours®, Inc. reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any Tour or part thereof, and to use the resulting images for promotional
purposes and, if applicable, also for use by the Tour group’s sponsoring organization for promotional purposes.  By booking a reservation with Snobby Tours®, Inc., tour
participants agree to allow their image as part of the Tour group to be used for such purposes.  Tour participants who prefer that their image not be used must notify and identify
themselves to Snobby Tours®, Inc., in writing, prior to departure and commencement of their Tour.

Tour participants, whether traveling independently or with a tour group, may not be under any health, legal and/or other restrictions which would prevent the tour participant from
entering any of the countries included in the tour itinerary.  Prior to trip departure date, each tour participant, whether traveling independently or with a tour group, is responsible
for obtaining his/her valid passport, paying the applicable fees for all visas and entry documents to the countries included in the tour itinerary, for meeting all health,
immunizations and other relevant requirements of the included countries, and for obtaining any and all documents required by the laws, regulations, orders and/or other stated
policies of the countries included in the tour itinerary.  Tour participants who are not USA citizens who are traveling on a Tour to another country, either independently or with a
tour group, are responsible for obtaining prior to trip departure date any and all additional relevant visas and entry documents required by law.

Tour participants who have legitimate, currently operating, professional or commercial corporate or other business entities which do not directly or indirectly compete with
Snobby Tours®, Inc., and who have a signed written contract with Snobby Tours®, Inc. for reciprocal promotion, publicity and cross-marketing, may request, prior to the
departure date of any of our Tours, the inclusion of their business promotional materials in any "gift bags" which Snobby Tours®, Inc. may distribute to all tour participants
on any of our Tours.  All such requests and business promotional materials must be provided to Snobby Tours®, Inc. at least seven (7) days in advance of any Tour departure
date.  Under the subject written contracts with Snobby Tours®, Inc., Snobby Tours®, Inc. assumes no responsibility nor any legal liability whatsoever for the manner in which
these professional or commercial business entities conduct or operate their businesses, nor any legal liability for any disputes or issues which may arise with third parties in
connection with the conduct or operation of these professional or commercial business entities.

Tour participants, as well as independent contractors hired to provide services for Snobby Tours, Inc. on our Tours, are not allowed, either verbally or in writing, to disseminate,
communicate, nor distribute to the other tour participants in the tour group while on any of our Tours, any political, religious, racial, ethnic, business promotional, personal or
other materials which could be considered under the law as being biased, derogatory or disparaging, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory against, any religion, ethnicity, race,
sexual orientation or other person(s) protected under the U.S. Constitution.  Additionally, tour participants and independent contractors are not allowed while on any of our Tours,
to verbally actively proselytize, attempt to force upon, propound or promote, any particular political, religious, racial or other personal views or beliefs, including instigating  
solicitations for a call for a group prayer which promotes and/or attempts to force or by the use of collusion and/or intimidation, either verbally by ritual, the practices of any one
religion upon all tour participants, to the detriment, and/or discrimination of, any other religion(s), especially if that speech and/or conduct could be construed under either
Federal or State law as being biased, derogatory or disparaging, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory against, any religion, ethnicity, race, sexual orientation or other person(s)
protected under the U.S. Constitution. Any tour participant and/or independent contractor propounding any type of Constitutionally-prohibited, inflammatory "hate speech" and/or
violating Snobby Tours®, Inc.’s stated policies herein, will be immediately removed and terminated from any further participation with the Group Tour, and will forfeit all remaining
Tour Package costs paid for the subject Tour and/or compensation for professional services rendered, where applicable.  For all purposes herein, the term "while on a Tour"
shall be defined as including at all times when the tour participants are together as a Group on one of our Tours, up to and including at point of Tour departure and return.

Baggage and all other personal effects are at the owner’s risk entirely.  Tour participants are encouraged to obtain sufficient and adequate insurance covering baggage damage
and/or loss.   

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICES:
All Itineraries offered by Snobby Tours®, Inc. have been custom-created by Snobby Tours®, Inc., and are protected under applicable Federal and State Copyright Laws

manner in whole  or in part by any person or entity without prior written consent from Snobby Tours®, Inc.  Unlawful copying and/or usage by any person or entity without having
prior written consent of Snobby Tours®, Inc. of any Snobby Tours®’ Itinerary in whole or in part will result in the immediate undertaking and prosecution of remedial legal action
against such person(s) and/or entity(ies), including mandatory injunctive relief and a minimum of treble punitive damages over and above actual monetary damages, pursuant to

CORPORATE  GOVERNING POLICY STATEMENT AND CORPORATE DISCLAIMER:
Snobby Tours®, Inc.’s governing policies and procedures follow those of the National Tourism Association (NTA) and the US Tour Operators Association (USTOA). In
accordance with NTA and USTOA  guidelines, Snobby Tours®, Inc. complies at all times with all applicable Federal and State anti-discrimination statutes, and does not allow
tour participants to discriminate while on a Tour against any person and/or entity protected by the U.S. Constitution and/or applicable State laws.  Non-compliance by any tour
participant while on a Tour will result in the immediate termination and removal of such person(s) from the Tour, together with the forfeiture of all remaining Tour Package costs
paid, and/or all fees for professional services where applicable.

Internal corporate decisions regarding Tour Components and/or regarding a Tour itinerary adjustments, variations, or changes, including the necessary and/or required
managerial or administrative reason(s) therefor, are confidential corporate information protected by the Privacy Act, and are not available to the general public, nor to hired
independent contractors, nor to tour participants.   

In accordance with NTA and USTOA guidelines, information regarding tour participants and/or regarding pending and/or booked Reservations, including their names,
addresses, and/or the number of reservations received, is confidential corporate information protected by the Privacy Act, and is not available to the general public, nor to hired
independent contractors, nor to tour participants.   

Snobby Tours®, Inc. is a privately-held corporation not traded on any stock exchange.  Internal corporate matters involving corporate decisions relevant to tour itineraries,
destination guides and/or other tour amenities, and/or corporate administration, personnel, and/or management are strictly confidential pursuant to the Privacy Act, are not
available to the general public, nor to hired independent contractors, nor to tour participants.  

Where one of our Tours is a designated “Fundraiser Tour” by Snobby Tours®, Inc. a portion of the Tour net proceeds from this Snobby Tour®, Inc. Tour will be designated for
donation to one or more 501 (c)(3) arts or other nonprofit organizations by Snobby Tours®, Inc.  All such donations, and the designated beneficiaries, are strictly confidential,
protected by the Privacy Act, and are not available to the general public, nor to hired independent contractors, nor to tour participants.

Some aspects of the Tour itinerary may change, depending on  local conditions.  Choice and selection of transportation, lodging and other Tour Components may vary
depending upon final Tour size and other factors, and generally do not affect Tour scheduling or published Tour fee.   Trip arrival and return times are approximate, and may
vary due to weather and/or other travel conditions.  Where local or  other circumstances necessitate itinerary  variations and/or adjustments, such alterations are adapted
into the Tour and generally do not affect the published Tour fee.   There is always at least one (1) designated meal per day which is part of the applicable Tour Package Price.  
Specially pre-arranged Group Tour dining may or may not include desserts.  Alcoholic beverages are not covered nor included in the cost of any Tour Package except when
“samplings” or “tastings” are part of specifically-designated food-pairing dining events.  

Deviations during the Tour by any tour participant(s) from the stated Group Tour Itinerary are at the sole risk and expense of such tour participant(s),  and Snobby Tours®, Inc.
assumes no liability therefor.  

Long-distance charges, toll calls and/or Internet usage by tour participants while on Tour are not covered in published Tour fee.  Long-distance charges, toll calls and/or Internet

but not limited to, cellphones, IPads, laptop computers, and the like, owned and/or operated by Snobby Tours®, Inc.  

Cancellation of a reservation by a tour participant must be sent  in writing by certified mail to Snobby Tours®, Inc.  Cancellation of a reservation prior to date of tour or event; a
“no-show”; a failure or refusal to pay for the balance due on a reserved "tour package"; a failure or refusal by a tour participant who has and/or who has had recent and/or
ongoing medical issues, concerns and/or restrictions which could jeopardize that tour participant’s ability to travel, to comply with instructions, requests and/or requirements of
Snobby Tours®, Inc. relevant to that tour participant’s mental and/or physical ability to travel; such as a request that in advance of Tour Departure Date that the tour participant
provide to Snobby Tours®, Inc. with a notarized medical release from the tour participant’s treating physician(s); a failure or refusal to participate in any component of a tour
package reserved; or an early return from the Tour or event, may result in forfeiture of 100% of the individual published Tour fee or guaranteed group booking fee. Trip
cancellation/Trip interruption insurance coverage is highly recommended.  See Snobby Tours®, Inc.’s Tour and Event General Policies herein for all terms and conditions of travel.

Any question or dispute regarding the construction, interpretation, and/or application of the terms and conditions stated herein will be governed by the laws of the State of
Texas.
