TO SECURE YOUR RESERVATION: FOR GRAND TOUR RESERVATIONS: A Deposit of $2,500.00 from each group member will secure each group member's reservation. FOR GEOGRAPHIC SEGMENTS RESERVATIONS: A Deposit of $1,500.00 from each group member will secure each group member's reservation. Deposits for the Texas Independence Week Tour Dates must be received by September 1. Reservations Close for Tour Dates during Texas Independence Week: September 1 The Final Balance Due for your applicable Tour Package Fee for Texas Independence Week Tour Dates must be received by October 1. Deposits for Tour Dates other than during Texas Independence Week must be received at least ninety (90) days prior to your Tour Departure Date. Reservations Close ninety (90) days prior to Tour Dates other than during Texas Independence Week. The Final Balance for your applicable Tour Package Fee for Tour Dates other than during Texas Independence Week is due no later than sixty (60) days prior to your scheduled Tour departure date. Tour Deposits and Final Balances may be made by personal check, cashier's check or money order. NOTE: An additional surcharge of up to 3% may be assessed if you are paying by credit card in order to cover credit card company processing fees. PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE After we have received your applicable Tour Deposit securing your Reservation, if you wish to pay for your remaining Tour Package Balance in convenient installments, please contact us for details and to make arrangements. TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE: Travel protection insurance coverage is recommended. The premium for your Travel Protection Insurance must be paid at the same time as your Tour Deposit if you wish for Snobby Tours®, Inc. to obtain Travel Protection Insurance for you. Snobby Tours®, Inc. Tour and Event General Policies apply to all reservations. Late Reservations are subject to availability. "Early Bird" Reservation Discounts may NOT be combined with any other discount, gift certificate or special promotion. An additional 50% per person surcharge will be applied to all late reservations made after the applicable Reservation Closure Date or within ninety (90) days of your applicable Tour departure date. NOTE: $500. of your Deposit will be non-refundable in order to cover administrative costs if, for any reason, you cancel your Reservation prior to your applicable Tour Departure Date. Snobby Tours®, Inc. Tour and Event General Policies apply to all itineraries and reservations. All itineraries herein have been custom-created by Snobby Tours®, Inc., and are protected under applicable Copyright Law against copyright infringement. No itinerary may be copied or used in any manner in whole or in part by any person or entity without prior written consent from Snobby Tours®, Inc. Disclaimer And Limitation of Liability Some aspects of the Tour itinerary may change, depending on local conditions. Choice and selection of transportation, lodging and other Tour Components may vary depending upon final Tour size and other factors, and generally do not affect Tour scheduling or published Tour fee. Trip arrival and return times are approximate, and may vary due to weather and/or other travel conditions. Where local or other circumstances necessitate itinerary variations and/or adjustments, such alterations are adapted into the Tour and generally do not affect the published Tour fee. There is always at least one (1) designated meal per day which is part of the applicable Tour Package Price. Specially pre-arranged Group Tour dining may or may not include desserts. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the Tour Package except when “samplings” or “tastings” are part of specifically-designated food-pairing dining events. Deviations during the Tour by any tour participant(s) from the stated Group Tour Itinerary are at the sole risk and expense of such tour participant(s), and Snobby Tours®, Inc. assumes no liability therefor. Long-distance charges, toll calls and/or Internet usage by tour participants while on Tour are not covered in published Tour fee. Cancellations must be sent in writing by certified mail to Snobby Tours®, Inc. Cancellation of a reservation prior to date of tour or event, a “no-show”, or an early return from the Tour or event, may result in forfeiture of 100% of the individual published Tour fee or guaranteed group booking fee. Trip cancellation/Trip interruption insurance coverage is highly recommended. See Snobby Tours®, Inc.’s Tour and Event General Policies herein for all terms and conditions of travel. |
